Located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada in California's Historic Gold Country, Barbary Show Dogs is home to our small but highly successful breeding program of top winning AKC Champion Toy Fox Terriers.
We are the breeder of America's #1 Toy Fox Terriers for 2005,2006,2008,2009 & 2010.
Our dogs were recently honored with prestigous wins at the 2010 AKC Invitational & 2011 Westminster Kennel Club.
We are proud of their accomplishments in the show ring and their contribution to this wonderful breed. At home they are cherished as our beloved family companions.
We have been involved in the sport of purebred dogs since 1978 having bred Champion Doberman Pinschers, Miniature Pinschers & Chihuahuas.
Since 2002 we have focused strictly on Toy Fox Terriers.
We not only strive to produce outstanding showdogs, but TFTs that are happy, healthy & devoted family companions as well.
All of our dogs used in our breeding program are health screened & certified. Planned breedings follow guidelines set forth by The Orthopedic Foundation For Animals (OFA).
